Refund Policy

• SEO Services: No refunds once work has commenced. SEO is a long-term strategy, and results depend on various factors.
• Social Media Marketing (SMM): No refunds for completed or ongoing campaigns. Any technical errors will be rectified at no extra charge.
• PPC Advertising: No refunds once campaigns are live. If canceled before completion, unused ad spend will be refunded.
• Content Marketing: Content writing services are non-refundable once delivered. Revisions will be provided based on the agreed-upon scope.
• Website Development: A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project. Refunds are available if canceled within 7 days of payment, minus any completed work. For phased projects, refunds are calculated based on the stage of completion.
• Custom Packages: Non-refundable once work has commenced.

Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Services: Cancel any monthly service with a 30-day written notice. Fees for the current month are non-refundable.
• One-Time Services: No refunds for one-time services once work has started.

Refund Timeframes

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation or refund request is approved.

Additional Terms

Confidentiality Clause

All client data and business information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s written consent.

Indemnity Clause

Clients agree to indemnify Perfact Software against any liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from the misuse of our services, violations of third-party rights, or non-compliance with legal requirements.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

For services involving sensitive client data or proprietary information, NDAs are available to ensure confidentiality and protect all parties involved.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or failures in service delivery due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from services provided will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, arbitration will be used as the final step. Disputes will be governed by the laws of India.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to the services rendered will be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Clients outside India are encouraged to review their local laws for compliance.
